The Board of Directors is a group of twelve members of WTTC who are elected into office and serve to make decisions for the company. The Board represents the company and works hard to maintain the values of the company. The Board consists of nine voting members and three alternates. The Board of Directors meets regularly to discuss company matters. Members of the company as well anyone else are more than welcome to attend a meeting and present issues during the public comment portion(s) of the meeting.

Rules of Conduct at Board Meetings will be enforced strictly; all those addressing the board may only speak during the public comment portion. The Board will not engage in any back and forth dialogue during this portion of the meeting. Each address can be held to a five minute time limit enforced by the chairman of the board. Anyone causing a disturbance to the preceedings of the Board Meeting will be removed.
